At RiftShield AI, we believe in keeping things simple and fair. This refund policy outlines how cancellations and refunds work for our subscription plans. We want you to feel confident when you sign up, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscribers are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with RiftShield AI for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked.
To request your refund, simply email support@riftshield.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund promptly.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are two ways to cancel:
- From your account dashboard under Billing settings
- By contacting our support team at support@riftshield.com
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all features and your data until that date.
4. No Partial Refunds
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Your subscription will simply not renew at the next billing date.
5. Plan Changes
We make it easy to switch between plans as your needs change:
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You keep access to your current plan features until then.

6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee:
- Email support@riftshield.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address associated with your RiftShield AI account
- Let us know the reason for your refund (optional, but it helps us improve)
We process all refund requests within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
7. Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
